guNDANKIn'en

という読み（軍団（グループ）で（統率をもって）禁煙する行為）もありえると思いました。
語彙複合だと意味が一般的、generic になりますね。

比喩

地震は天災だが、福島原発事故は人災だ

表記は、ことあるごとに伝えているが、被害者は東電の賠償スキーマにとらわれることなく、個人や集団で訴訟を起こすことも検討するべきではないかと思う。

にもかかわらず、東電はつねに目をつぶってきた。

その被害を受ける可能性のある人々の不利益を想像することを拒否してきた。

頑強な、蒙昧な無痛

その人たちのほとんどが東京に住んでいたのだろう。

自分の家や土地が住めない場所になると想像したら、

絶対に「想定外」にはしなかったろう。

今回の件でいえば、津波の想定を少し上げて考えれば、緊急用発電機の位置を変更する必要性に気づき、そのコストは最小で、今回の事故の多くは「起こらなかった」はずなのである。

誰かが責任をもって、多少頭を使えば、起こらなかったはずの事故である。東電のだれも責任をもって考えなかったし、多少の頭を使うことすらしなかった。それが私が福島原発事故が人災であり、東電はその大部分の賠償責任を負うと考える理由である。

万単位の人間が家を失うその額は巨大である。命や体に悪影響があるとしたら、その額はさらに増大する。その賠償を東電は責任をもって償っていただきたい。
